Back in 2014, Prince released Art Official Age and Plectrumelectrum, two underrated projects that would be among his last released.
To celebrate the double drop, Prince held a release party at Paisley Park estate, where he performed three songs, one of which featuring a special appearance by none other than Kendrick Lamar.
The performance was broadcast on a Yahoo stream, and has since been difficult to find online, but today, the Prince Museum Facebook page has shared a clip from the show, which finds Kendrick joining the Purple One for a rendition of 1998 Crystal Ball track, "What's My Name".
Kendrick is surely counting himself lucky as someone who was able to perform with Prince before his shocking death last month.
