My name is Joshua, a 41-year-old married man with three children. I am married to a lovely wife who satisfy me sexually but I am stuck to masturbation and it is so embarrassing that at my age, an habit I picked up in secondary school over 25 years ago is still taking a hold on my life.

Even with a sexually active wife, I have not been able to stop this embarrassing habit. I think I am possessed by the spirit of masturbation and need help fast.
